Unfortunately, there is no cure for dementia like Alzheimer's disease yet. However, there are daily actions we can take to modify the risk of dementia and improve our memory and thinking as we age. In two sessions, we will discuss the warning signs of dementia, how early assistance can modify the disease progression, and the small changes you can make in your lifestyle to achieve significant results for optimal aging.
