Join us for a fun and functional workout focused on full body strength and stability, balance, and flexibility. Members will use a variety of weights and strength bands. Exercises will be done from a chair, standing, and on the floor for those who are able. Fee: $8/session or $105 for 15-class punch card; pay instructor. Membership required.
