Halloween at the Market
All are invited to come in costume and trick-or-treat at the vendor tables. Costume parade at 10 a.m. where kids and parents gather at the north side of the Chauncey Swan parking garage. Stick around to decorate a pumpkin to take home. Kids of all ages are welcome.
