Yoga in the Park

Are you flexible? Is your schedule? Maybe you can fit in today's Yoga in the Park session! šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø
Each class is 45 minutes and is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. We'll move our bodies joyfully and connect safely. This is a drop-in event and there is no fee to attend.
