Individual Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Lot (Less than an acre, located within a larger development covered under an NPDES General Permit No.2)

- Perimeter Controls,
- Construction Site Schedule – An electronic construction schedule form will be provided to fill out through the City’s new permitting management system during the CSR permitting process
- Erosion Control Plan
- Commercial and Industrial Projects (Accompanying each phase is a listing of the most common types of erosion and sediment control practices implemented for that phase.)
- NPDES General Permit No.2 Transfer Agreement – An agreement between the permittee of the existing NPDES General Permit No.2 and the new owner of the future developing lot, which offers coverage or non-coverage to the new owner.
- Grading Phase – Perimeter controls, construction entrance drives, stockpile stabilization, fuel barrel secondary confinement tank, etc. Building Phase - Perimeter controls, construction entrance drives, inlet protection, interior sediment controls, concrete washout, staging area, fuel barrel secondary confinement tank, temporary or permanent stabilization of inactive areas, permanent stabilization of drainage ways and storm water facilities, etc.
- Stabilization Phase – Sediment controls (perimeter protection for hydro-seeded
areas), permanent stabilization practices, area and field inlet protection, etc.

Individual Residential Lot Construction - Due to the minor land disturbance during residential lot development, only a single-phase erosion control plan is required, and shall contain the following practices listed below.)
